Our toning tubes are made of durable, dipped natural rubber with handles made from recycled plastic, covered with a comfortable-to-grip foam padding. They have a unique tube locking mechanism that allows for easy adjustment of the tube length -- shorten to create more resistance, lengthen to lessen the resistance.
