Shipping & Return Policies 

Shipping & Handling (Continental USA only):

Orders will be processed the same or next business day after you place your order, pending credit card approval. We then send your order to suppliers who ship out your products via UPS, USPS or FedEx. The shippers vary in how quickly they ship out the goods, but normally, items are shipped in 1 to 3 business days.  Typically, your order should be received within 7-10 business days.  UPS cannot ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO address. When we receive these orders, we will use the United States Post Office. For shipments to Canada and Mexico, there will not be duties and taxes for the products we manufacture in the USA, as they qualify under NAFTA. There will be brokerage fees, separate from shipping charges, which you, the customer, will be responsible for upon delivery. 

Shipping & Handling fees:

  • Up to $15.99 = $5.95
  • $16.00 - $24.99 = $6.95
  • $25.00 - $44.99 = $7.95
  • $45.00 - $64.99 = $9.95
  • $65.00 - $99.99 = $11.95
  • $100.00 - $124.99 = $13.95
  • $125.00 - $174.99 = $15.95
  • $175.00 - $200.00 = $17.95
  • $200.00 and over = free
     

These costs are estimates and are subject to change based on package dimensions and weights. 

Many of our suppliers ship internationally.  For international orders, please contact
support@nittygrittyfitness.com. 

Express shipping is not available online.  Please call customer support at 866.747.1241.

Returns*

We take pride in the products we offer and in the services we provide.  Your satisfaction is our top priority.

You may return unused items for exchange or refund within 30 days of shipment.  We cannot refund shipping and handling charges from your initial order, or return charges to our warehouse.  The returned product must be in new and unused condition, in the original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories to insure full credit.  "New and unused" means sale-able condition, not dirty and not washed. We cannot accept returns of an item with any indications that it has been used.

Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund, i.e. a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. 

We cannot accept the following items for return:

  • open media (books, DVDs or CDs)
  • yoga balls
  • damaged items or items with missing parts
  • worn garments

Items should be returned in their original product packaging. You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to returning any items.  We cannot accept any returns without this number.  RA numbers are good for 30 days only.

Please ship your return back via insured mail, FedEx, UPS, or any other traceable method.

Missing items must be reported within 5 business days.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

All sales are final on clearance or sales items.

 *We work with many different manufacturers and suppliers all over the United States.  If any processing, return or shipping policies vary from ours, it will be noted on the product page.
