Shipping & Return Policies
Shipping & Handling (Continental USA only):
Orders will be processed the same or next business day after you place your order, pending credit card approval. We then send your order to suppliers who ship out your products via UPS, USPS or FedEx. The shippers vary in how quickly they ship out the goods, but normally, items are shipped in 1 to 3 business days. Typically, your order should be received within 7-10 business days. UPS cannot ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO address. When we receive these orders, we will use the United States Post Office. For shipments to Canada and Mexico, there will not be duties and taxes for the products we manufacture in the USA, as they qualify under NAFTA. There will be brokerage fees, separate from shipping charges, which you, the customer, will be responsible for upon delivery.

- $16.00 - $24.99 = $7.95
- $25.00 - $44.99 = $8.95
- $45.00 - $64.99 = $10.95
- $65.00 - $99.99 = $12.95
- $100.00 - $124.99 = $14.95
- $125.00 - $174.99 = $16.95
- $175.00 - $200.00 = $18.95
- $200.00 and over = free

Express shipping is not available online. Please call customer support at 866.747.1241.
Returns*
We take pride in the products we offer and in the services we provide. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
You may return unused items for exchange or refund within 30 days of shipment. We cannot refund shipping and handling charges from your initial order or return charges to any of our warehouses. The returned product must be in new and unused condition, in the original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means saleable condition, not dirty and not washed. We cannot accept returns of an item with any indications that it has been used.
Damaged Merchandise:
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim.
We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Manufacturer's Defects:
Missing parts and items with a manufacturer's defect must be reported within 5 business days. If a part is missing or a product appears to have a manufacturer's defect, email us at support@nittygrittyfitness.com for instructions. Do not return items without first sending us an email to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned due to a manufacturer's defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). No packages will be accepted without an RAN written on the package.
Return Merchandise:
Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our support department within 30 days from the ship date to receive refunds. You will be charged a 15% restocking fee (3.00 minimum) and are responsible for all shipping charges. You must email the refund request to support@nittygrittyfitness.com with "RETURN REQUEST" in the subject field. When we receive your Return Request email, we will send return instructions and an RAN to you. No return packages will be accepted without the RAN written clearly on the outside of package to be returned.
For all returns or exchanges, the item must be returned with the following:
- All original contents (product, Manuals, Instructions, etc.)
- Original packaging.
- Original invoice or receipt.
- Enclose a brief letter of explanation.
Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:
- Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
- Write the RAN clearly on the box or package.
- Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We are not liable for the return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
We cannot accept the following items for return:
- open media (books, DVDs or CDs)
- yoga balls
- damaged items or items with missing parts
- worn garments
Return Authorization Numbers are good for 30 days only.
Exchange Policy:
Permission for any exchanged merchandise must be secured from our Support Department. You have 30 days from the ship date to make an exchange. Merchandise returned for exchange will be charged a $10.00 exchange fee plus a shipping charge. You must email the exchange request to support@nittygrittyfitness.com with "EXCHANGE REQUEST" in the subject field, when we receive your request, return instructions and an Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without an RAN written clearly on the outside of the package to be returned.
For all returns or exchanges, the item must be returned with the following:
- All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).
- Original packaging.
- Original invoice or receipt.
- Enclose a brief letter of explanation.
